At 28 years old, I'm a firm believer of "it's never too late to chase your dreams". I'm a committed, hard worker, who embraces the free spirit and child at heart that lies within. I am a lover of the arts, and I enjoy helping bring a vision to life. The past year I've been on my fitness journey that has not only transformed my body, but also my confidence. I'm dedicated to getting better every day through strength training, yoga, and mindfulness. I'm passionate about using my voice for causes that are close to my heart, including: breaking the stigma of mental illness, education of chronic pain and other invisible illnesses, and the protection and conservation of animals. I intend to use my platform to as a beacon of light that helps those who struggle with their body image and self worth.
